Exclusive NFTs Offered as Part of Cathay Cineplexes’ Early Ticket Sale for Upcoming Jack Neo Movie
In an exciting offer for moviegoers, 8,888 free non-fungible tokens (NFTs) will be given away with the purchase of two advance tickets to the much-anticipated film Ah Girls Go Army, directed by Jack Neo. This promotion, announced by mm2 Entertainment and J Team on January 21, is available while stocks last.
The special NFT collection can be redeemed with tickets purchased via Cathay Cineplexes’ official channels, such as their website and mobile app. Those who secure one of the limited NFTs will also enjoy exclusive access to future Ah Girls Go Army events, merchandise, and early alerts on future NFT drops related to the movie.
The movie, a Chinese New Year release, will hit theaters island-wide on February 1, 2022, with advance ticket sales kicking off at 12pm on January 28, 2022. NFTs will be available on the Metaviva NFT marketplace, which was launched by mm2 Entertainment on January 11. The marketplace focuses on offering exclusive digital collectibles from popular entertainment and media content.
