The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has announced that the upcoming Build-To-Order (BTO) launch in February 2021 will feature approximately 3,700 units across four estates. These include Kallang/Whampoa, Toa Payoh (Bidadari), Bukit Batok, and Tengah. Notably, Kallang/Whampoa and Toa Payoh are mature estates, likely to attract significant interest.
One notable project in Kallang/Whampoa will consist of 620 units offering 2-room Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats. Conveniently located near Farrer Park and Boon Keng MRT stations, as well as Bendemeer MRT, this development is within walking distance of City Square Mall. Due to its prime location and limited supply, high demand and oversubscription are anticipated for these units.
