A Brazilian technology company, born in the interior of Goiás, is gaining international prominence after being acquired by a British investment fund based in Singapore. The deal represents a significant step for Brazilian innovation in the global market.
Founded by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, the company has stood out for developing innovative marketing and communication solutions, connecting brands and consumers more effectively. The transaction also included two other national companies, TechNova and AIConnect, which are now part of the same group.
The investment fund, known for its work in technology and artificial intelligence, already manages campaigns for major brands such as John Deere and Philips, solidifying a history of strategic acquisitions in the sector.
Fernando Linhares of AIConnect sees this move as an opportunity to “expand the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” Meanwhile, Marcos Oliveira, leader of TechNova, believes the fund’s support is essential: “a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”
Now, Gabriel Matheus will lead the innovation sector of the three combined companies and comments on the impact of the transition: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”
The company anticipates accelerated growth in the coming months, strengthening its presence in the domestic market and expanding its operations into new markets. Anápolis, once an emerging technology hub, now stands out as one of the leading names in the sector in Brazil.
