Singaporean Actor Provides Update After Surviving Night of Heavy Attacks
In an Instagram update on February 26, Singaporean former actor Ix Shen reassured his followers that he is “safe and ok” after surviving a night of intense fighting in Kyiv. The actor, currently in Ukraine, shared a video where he thanked well-wishers for their concern but explained that he didn’t have the time to reply to all the messages flooding in.
“Hi everyone, now it’s Feb. 26, about 0915 hours. Yes, last night the attack was very intensive but we survived and everyone is safe and ok. I thank everyone for your care and concern but I do not have the time to reply to every message. Just know that we’re safe and we’re ok. Thanks,” said Ix Shen.
As the fighting intensifies, Ukraine’s capital Kyiv remains at the center of street battles between Russian forces and Ukrainian defenders.
