Incident Leads to Staff Training and Safety Reinforcement

A Mos Burger employee at the Tai Seng outlet was filmed handling food without gloves, prompting a response from the fast food chain. The incident occurred on January 26 when a customer, Kelvin, ordered takeaway and noticed the employee preparing a burger with his bare hands. Concerned, Kelvin discarded his food and later reported the issue to Mos Burger.

In response, the company took the matter seriously. A spokesperson confirmed that the employee involved was given a stern warning and sent for a Food Hygiene and Safety Refresher Training. The restaurant also reinforced hygiene practices across all outlets.

Mos Burger has reached out to the customer to explain the actions taken and reassure him of the company’s commitment to food safety and hygiene.
