Gaming Giant Expands in Singapore with New HQ and Job Openings
Razer is making a significant move in Singapore by hiring for 1,000 positions as part of its expansion at its upcoming Southeast Asia headquarters. CEO Tan Min-Liang announced the job openings on LinkedIn on February 1, though the company did not specify the timeline for hiring or the exact roles available.
The new headquarters, located in the one-north technology business park, is set to open in the second quarter of 2021. The move marks a shift from its current office in Chai Chee industrial estate. Although the new building was initially planned to open in mid-2020, Razer is now set to complete its relocation in 2021.
Tan also shared images of the company’s iconic triple-headed snake logo being installed on the building’s exterior, which will feature Razer’s Chroma lighting technology.
