Shake Shack Singapore is about to launch a fresh and exciting menu featuring three new items inspired by local flavors. On June 1, 2022, the burger chain will introduce its Singapore-inspired offerings:
Sambal Mayo Burger
Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack
Sambal Mayo Fries
These items showcase the bold, spicy flavors of sambal, a key component in traditional dishes like nasi lemak and sambal chicken. The sambal sauce has been specially crafted for Shake Shack by local chef Jeremy Nguee, in collaboration with Batu Lesung Spice Company.
This launch marks Shake Shack’s first venture into a Singapore-inspired menu, blending the brand’s signature offerings with beloved local flavors to create an exciting culinary experience for Singaporean fans.
