Singapore OnlyFans Creator Titus Low, 22, Charged for Transmitting Obscene Material

Low faces two charges for transmitting obscene content and a failure to comply with a court order; bail set at S$5,000.

Titus Low, a 22-year-old OnlyFans content creator from Singapore, has been charged with two counts of transmitting obscene material via electronic means and one count of failing to comply with a court-issued order. The charges were presented in court on December 30, 2021, where Low was granted bail of S$5,000.

As part of his bail conditions, Low is prohibited from accessing his OnlyFans accounts and from contacting any prosecution witnesses. His case has been adjourned to January 20, 2022, to allow for the completion of investigations.

Low’s arrest on December 29 was followed by the seizure of his OnlyFans account, which was part of the police’s investigation into allegations that he had uploaded explicit images and videos of his private parts. The initial report regarding these allegations was made on September 4, 2021. On October 11, Low was served with a court order to refrain from accessing his OnlyFans account.

This case marks a significant development, as Low is believed to be the first OnlyFans content creator in Singapore to face charges for transmitting obscene material. The case is likely to have far-reaching implications for other content creators on the platform, sparking concern within the local OnlyFans community.
