They offered assistance, despite not being involved in the accident in any way.
The rapid arrival of these individuals, even quicker than the official Expressway Monitoring Advisory System (EMAS) tow trucks and police, raised suspicions. This scenario echoes a similar situation that was reported earlier, where multiple men appeared seemingly out of nowhere offering their services to those involved in accidents along the Pan Island Expressway.
In both cases, the presence of these men seemed unusual and was cause for concern, prompting drivers to contact the police to handle the situation. This highlights the importance of staying calm and contacting authorities in such circumstances to avoid potential scams or safety risks.
